You still look at your partner and see the person you chose. The person who knows your history, who has been beside you through pleasure and pain. But you also feel the distance growing between you.
And that is what makes this so hard. Because if you were simply done, this would be easier to understand.
But you are not done. You still love them, you want it to work, and you have moments where you think, "We're just stuck."
But in the moment, it feels like more evidence that the two of you cannot find each other the way you used to.
That is what wears on you. The same conversation, the same shutdown, and the same feeling afterward that nothing was really solved.
You have tried being softer. More patient. More direct. You have picked your moment, let things go, suggested therapy, sent the podcast, explained the same need ten different ways.
And still, the relationship keeps landing back in the same place.
It breaks your heart. Because you are not asking for perfection. You are asking to get back your “us.”
That is what you will find in The Relationship Renewal.

This is what’s possible when the armor comes off and instead of defending, you can relax into “us.”
The small things feel small again. And the BIG things get handled.
The warmth returns, and attraction has room to breathe.
The Relationship Renewal is a path to the deep reconnection you desire.

Christine and Brad came to this work the way most couples do. Something in the relationship had been off for a while, and the usual tools were not reaching it.
The turn started with Brad’s body. A brain scan showed damage from years of accumulated head injuries, and he began a structured psychedelic support protocol. What he found there went past relief for his nervous system, and it started showing up in the room with Christine.
Within a few months, they were doing intentional couples work together.
They built The Relationship Renewal because they kept getting asked to. Friends, then friends of friends, then couples they had never met. The program is what they wish someone had handed them in the year they were figuring it out themselves.
You begin with a private intake and intention-setting session, where the container gets built around your specific history and nervous system. Two IFS-informed preparation sessions follow, so the real intention is found before your first journey.
The first journey, in person in Colorado. The six weeks after include two individual integration sessions for each of you and one couples call to bring what surfaced into the relationship.
The second journey, in person in Colorado or remotely, depending on what serves you next. The same integration rhythm follows.
The third journey deepens and consolidates the work. A closing cycle follows, one individual session per partner and one couples call, to carry what surfaced into daily life.

Private intake and intention-setting session to establish the foundation for your work together
4 individual IFS-informed preparation sessions, two for each partner, before the first experience
3 guided experiences designed to support deeper connection, insight, and renewal
10 individual integration sessions across the program, with support tailored to what emerges after each experience
3 couples integration calls, one following each experience, to bring the work back into the relationship
A steady integration rhythm throughout the program, with bi-weekly support and a more focused weekly closing cycle
Journal prompts, message check-ins, and ongoing support between sessions
You want to feel like “us” again, the inside jokes, the easy laughter, the way you find each other at the end of a long day.
You miss the touch, the hand on your lower back, the slow dance while dinner cooks, the kiss that says “I want you.”
You are ready for conversations where you can say the real thing, be fully heard, and feel closer afterward.
You know this is your person, and you want the passion and playfulness back.
You are craving intimacy that reaches deeper than any conversation has been able to go.
You can picture your kids growing up watching two people who adore each other.
You want a process that holds both of you the whole way through, with your partner's questions answered directly by two people who have been there.

You know how the conversation usually goes. You bring up something that matters. They hear it as a request to be different. The room gets a little smaller. And then it stays where it was.
Christine and Brad arrive as two people who can answer the questions your partner actually has, about the brain, the nervous system, the process, and exactly what they will be asked to do. Your partner is not asked to perform, explain themselves, or sit in a therapist's chair. That conversation belongs to Christine and Brad, and you can hand it to them.
That is what the discovery call is for.
There are very few practitioners in the psychedelic support space doing this work as a couple, on couples, having gone through it themselves first.
You are guided by two people who recognize the shape of what you are inside of, because they were inside of it. They know the part where one partner is ready and the other is cautious, and the way a small thing can land hard when the relationship is already tender. They know what it takes to get the armor off, because they have done it themselves.
You also stay with the same two people from the first call to the final integration session. The relationship you build with Christine and Brad in the first conversation is the one that holds you all the way through.
My husband and I had an incredible experience with the guidance and support of Christine and Brad. This was the most powerful reset for our marriage. The integration questions we discussed in the days after helped us ground everything in a whole new way. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling in their relationship or looking for a deeper connection.

Christine and Brad are deeply dedicated to their craft. They’ve been doing this work for years, and their commitment to excellence and safety comes through in everything they do. My wife and I have worked with them firsthand. We’ve always felt held in the most caring and loving hands, and nothing matters more.

It has been such a pleasure working with Christine and Brad. The journeys they’ve guided us on have been incredibly meaningful and powerful, and I truly look forward to working with them each and every time.

By the time most couples reach this page, they already know they want to do something. The hard part is the specific things that have been making the call feel hard to make.
It feels like a big investment, and you have not even tried it yet.
You are committing to a process you can only fully evaluate after you are inside it. That tension is real, and it is part of why the discovery call exists. The call is a conversation where the two of you can ask the things that have been keeping you up, and decide whether this fits before any commitment is on the table.
Your partner is not all the way there yet.
Almost no couple arrives with both partners equally ready. Usually one of you is the carrier of the idea, and the other is somewhere between cautious and skeptical. The program is built for that. Christine and Brad talk with the cautious partner directly, without any pressure to commit. Most of the time, that one conversation is what makes the rest possible.
You are afraid of what might surface.
This is the most honest fear, and it is the one the structure of the program takes most seriously. Individual preparation comes before any shared work, so each of you is resourced and stable before going in together. Christine and Brad stay available across the whole program. Integration runs through every phase. The container is designed so that what surfaces has somewhere to land.
You are not sure this is the right moment.
Most couples do not feel ready before they begin. They feel pulled and scared at the same time, and they decide anyway. The right moment is usually the one where the cost of staying where you are starts to feel heavier than the cost of trying something new.

Book your discovery call…
The discovery call is a place for exploration, to ask questions and find out if this is right for you and your partner. You will meet Christine and Brad and talk about where you’re at.
Your partner does not need to be fully on board yet, only willing to have the conversation.
Pricing, timeline, and logistics are all covered on the call. By the end, you will have everything you need to make a decision together, in your own time.
This is psychedelic support and integration work. Christine and Brad are psychedelic support guides, and neither is a licensed therapist or medical provider. The program is not a substitute for mental health care. What it tends to reach is the level underneath the conversation that talking has not been able to get to.
The research is meaningful and growing. Psychedelic-assisted therapy has been studied in peer-reviewed settings for years, and credible journalism in places like Time, the New York Times, and the Atlantic has been covering psychedelic-assisted couples work specifically. The conversation about this work is no longer fringe. It is still a young field, which is why the guide who holds the work matters as much as the work itself.
Roughly four to five months across three experience spaced about six weeks apart. The timeline flexes a little based on scheduling. Phase 1 (Foundation) is three weeks of intake and individual preparation in front of Experience One. Phases 2 and 3 (Reconnection and Reawakening) are six weeks each, anchored by a experience and the integration that follows. Phase 4 (Renewal) is two weeks of closing integration.
That is expected, and it is built into the process. Most often one partner finds this work and the other wants more information before agreeing to anything. The discovery call is the place to start.
Individual preparation for each of you first, on your own, before any shared work begins. The guided experiences and the integration sessions that follow each one come after that foundation is built. Integration is where what surfaces in the experience gets translated into how you actually live afterward, which is why it runs through the whole program.
Yes. The first experience is held in person in Colorado, and preparation and integration happen remotely by video throughout. The two experiences after the first can be held remotely when that serves you, so the in-person commitment stays contained.
Safety is built into the front of the process. Screening and medication review happen during intake, before anything else moves, and both of you complete preparation before the shared work begins.
The reason individual work comes before couples work is so that both of you are resourced and stable before going deep together. Christine and Brad stay available across the full program, and integration follows every experience to help you land what surfaces.
"My husband and I had an incredible connection experience with the guidance and support of Christine and Brad. Although we have had similar experiences before, this was the most powerful reset for our marriage. We are so grateful for the integration questions which we discussed in the following days and that really helped us ground our experience in another way. "I had an incredible experience working with Brad during a time of significant life changes. He created such a safe, supportive space for me to process what I was going through and come to my own realizations. I never felt rushed or judged, just fully supported as I worked through things at my own pace. Both Christine and Brad are truly amazing at what they do. They show up fully present, grounded, and genuinely committed to supporting others."

"I've traveled to many destinations around the world and had incredible experiences, but this journey was truly the most sublime of them all. It was deeply spiritual, profoundly sacred, and genuinely life-altering. Christine, as a journey practitioner and guide, is exceptionally empathetic and deeply attuned to her clients' emotional states. She brings a genuine warmth and an intuitive understanding of what each person needs."
