IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any services offered by The Psychedelic Couple. By booking a session or signing a client agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by The Psychedelic Couple, operated by Christine Zanin and Brad Zanin, based in Carbondale, Colorado. By engaging with or booking any service through thepsychedeliccouple.com or any associated communication channel, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or participate in any services.

References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Christine Zanin and Brad Zanin operating as The Psychedelic Couple.

References to "you" or "client" refer to any individual who books, purchases, or participates in services.

2. Services

The Psychedelic Couple offers private psychedelic support and integration services for individuals, couples, and Veterans. Our services are harm reduction-oriented and operate within applicable legal frameworks. Services are designed to support personal exploration, nervous system regulation, and integration practices.

Our core service offerings include:

  • The Psychedelic Couple Experience: A 12-week private psychedelic support program for couples.

  • Operation Within: An 8-week private psychedelic support program for post-9/11 Veterans.

  • The Threshold Intensive: A 6-week private psychedelic support program for individual women.

  • Supporting services including preparation sessions, integration coaching, and equine therapy coordination through Smiling Goat Ranch.

Our services are not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or a licensed healing center program. Christine Zanin and Brad Zanin are psychedelic support guides, not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical doctors. Nothing in our services should be construed as the practice of medicine, psychology, or licensed mental health counseling.

3. Payment Terms

All fees for services are disclosed during the discovery call and confirmed in a written agreement prior to beginning any program. Fees are not posted publicly on our website and are communicated in personal conversation only.

The following payment terms apply:

  • A non-refundable deposit of [amount to be specified] is required to reserve your program start date. This deposit confirms your commitment and holds your space.

  • Remaining balances may be paid in full at the time of booking, or according to a payment schedule agreed upon in writing before the program begins.

  • All payments are due on the agreed dates. If a scheduled payment is missed, we will contact you within 48 hours to make arrangements. Services may be paused until outstanding balances are resolved.

  • Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at time of booking].

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change for new clients. Prices agreed upon in writing before a program begins will be honored for the duration of that program.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. The following cancellation policy applies to all programs and sessions:

  • Initial deposits are non-refundable. The deposit represents a reservation of our time and capacity for your program.

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before a scheduled session or program start date are eligible for a credit toward a future date. No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before a scheduled session.

  • If Christine or Brad need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional cost. If we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated credit will be issued.

  • Programs that have begun are not eligible for a full refund. If you need to pause or exit a program early, please reach out directly and we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution.

All cancellation and refund requests should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or via your agreed communication channel with Christine.

5. Scope of Service

The following is included in our programs:

  • Preparation sessions and intake conversations as outlined in your individual program agreement.

  • Facilitation support during psychedelic experiences as described in your program.

  • Integration calls and structured integration support as specified in your program.

  • Daily integration texts, journal prompts, and message support for the periods described in your program.

  • Coordination with Trina for wellness screening and medication contraindication review where applicable.

  • Equine therapy integration coordination through Smiling Goat Ranch where included in your program.

The following is not included in our programs:

  • Psychedelic substances. We provide the protocol, preparation, and integration container. Sourcing of any substance is solely the client's responsibility and is outside the scope of our services.

  • Licensed therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric evaluation, or crisis intervention.

  • Emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 or your local emergency services.

  • Legal advice regarding the personal use of any substance in your jurisdiction.

Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care. Clients with active mental health diagnoses, psychiatric conditions, or who are currently under the care of a mental health professional are encouraged to discuss participation in our programs with their provider before beginning.

6. Client Responsibilities

By participating in any program offered by The Psychedelic Couple, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information during all intake and screening processes, including full disclosure of your medical history, current medications, mental health history, and any relevant personal circumstances.

  • Follow all preparation protocols provided to you, including any required medication tapers as coordinated with Trina, dietary guidance, and recommended preparation practices.

  • Participate honestly and in good faith in all preparation and integration sessions.

  • Commit to the integration practices included in your program, including attending scheduled calls and engaging with daily prompts and support.

  • Disclose any changes to your health, medications, or mental health status that arise during the program as soon as possible.

  • Take personal responsibility for your own choices, including any decisions related to the sourcing or use of any substance outside of our facilitation.

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if we determine that a client has not disclosed material information, is not following preparation protocols, or if we have a genuine concern for their safety or wellbeing. In such cases, we will communicate our concerns directly and work in good faith toward a resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Christine Zanin and Brad Zanin, operating as The Psychedelic Couple, provide services on a best-efforts basis. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences. Individual results vary and are influenced by many factors outside of our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Psychedelic Couple, Christine Zanin, and Brad Zanin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs, including but not limited to adverse physical or psychological reactions, decisions made following a psychedelic experience, or any events occurring outside of our direct facilitation.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients who have active agreements at the time of any update will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
