Please read this disclaimer carefully before booking or participating in any services. By using our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
Christine Zanin and Brad Zanin are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, or medical doctors. They do not hold licenses to practice medicine, psychology, or any form of licensed mental health care.
The services provided by The Psychedelic Couple are not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or any form of licensed professional mental health care. Christine and Brad operate as psychedelic support guides and harm reduction practitioners. Nothing in our services should be interpreted as the practice of medicine or licensed mental health counseling.
Psychedelic support and integration services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or psychiatric services. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, have an active psychiatric diagnosis, or are under the care of a licensed mental health provider or physician, we strongly encourage you to consult your provider before participating in any of our services.
If you are in a mental health crisis or need immediate support, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, or contact your local emergency services.
Our services are designed to complement, not replace, professional care. We are not qualified to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical or psychiatric condition.
The Psychedelic Couple provides psychedelic support, preparation, and integration services. Our approach is harm reduction-oriented and is designed to support clients in setting intentions, preparing responsibly for psychedelic experiences, and integrating insights from those experiences into their daily lives.
We work to ensure that clients have the information, support, and safety protocols in place to make informed decisions about their own participation. Our team includes Trina, a pharmacist and psychedelic guide, who conducts wellness screening and reviews medication contraindications as part of the intake process.
The facilitation of psychedelic experiences is distinct from the legal operation of a licensed healing center. We are not a licensed healing center and do not operate under the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act healing center framework.
In Colorado, the regulated and licensed use of psilocybin for therapeutic purposes is governed by the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act and is limited to state-licensed healing centers operating under the oversight of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
The Psychedelic Couple is not a state-licensed healing center under Colorado law. We operate within a separate harm reduction framework and do not hold facilitation licenses issued under the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act.
Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction regarding the possession or use of any controlled substance. We do not provide legal advice regarding the personal use of any substance, and nothing in our services or communications should be construed as legal guidance.
Individual outcomes from psychedelic support and integration work vary significantly from person to person. No specific results, transformations, or outcomes are promised, guaranteed, or implied by The Psychedelic Couple, our website, or any materials we produce.
Testimonials or client stories shared on our website or in our materials reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical outcomes. Your experience may differ based on your personal history, intentions, health, and other factors outside of our control.
Psychedelic experiences can involve intense emotional, psychological, and physical responses. By participating in services offered by The Psychedelic Couple, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the work and that you are choosing to participate voluntarily and of your own accord.
You acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions, that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions, and that you are making an informed and voluntary decision to participate.
You agree to take personal responsibility for your choices, including any decisions you make regarding the sourcing or use of any substance, and acknowledge that Christine Zanin, Brad Zanin, and The Psychedelic Couple are not liable for outcomes arising from decisions or actions taken outside of our direct facilitation.
If you have any questions about this disclaimer or wish to understand more about how we work before committing to any service, please reach out to Christine directly before booking.
